I just had my 2nd treatment. This site has been extremely informative and I wish the laser techs would read info posted here. My tech denied any laser induced growth(male-sh and back). Said it was impossible. She was shocked that I would suggest going above 25joules on alexandrite cynosure 9300. She started doing my entire back, even areas that have no hair.
Unbelievable. I felt like a jerk speaking up for myself and correcting what she was doing. This must happen alot. Laser techs thinking they know everything and looking down upon their clients.
If you’re well informed you may know as much about laser as they do. Question everything-it’s your body.

did you make sure she DIDN’T go over areas with no hair? I hope so. I’m sure noone likes the patient telling them how to do their job, but yes, I agree.
