Does anybody know anything about this e-one ipl machine? It’s made in France and is sold en europe and australia but not in the u.s. They’ve done tests on it and apperently it works.
There are tons of IPL brands on the market. “Apparently” is the key word. True lasers deliver a tougher blow to hair follicles.
