E-2000 or Not........Question for Andrea

Since you brought it up …

Many people who meet me in person are shocked or maybe disgusted to find that I have not finished the full permanent removal of my beard. I need to have this done due to the hairs tendency to start life as ingrown, and shaving is out of the question. Those who ask nicely why I am not a total “Product Of My Product” find out that first, I simply won’t do sub par work on myself. Why should I get work that is much less than what I give my clients? As such, what do you think my criteria is for giving my face to someone to have them do more than an hour of work on ME? After all, it is one thing for me to have hair on my face, it would be a total other thing for me to have scars, pits, blanch marks, and so on for the world to see.

Some people locally think that I am just being a salesman when I say that there is no one in my area that I would trust my face to, and therefore no one I would send my mother to other than me, however, it is just a fact that the ones I have tried left something lacking. One in particular caused me to stop the treatment during the sample treatment consultation!

When one knows what good work looks and feels like, one is willing to travel to get it, or go without.

Hi James,

I wish I had your options! However, I also do not believe in DYI on my face and I have limited choices on who I can use locally, most are totally booked. I have to get a certain portion of my facial work done fairly promptly. However, as newer practitioners become available I may be able to find someone better.

It’s just too bad that the local schools are still “religiously blend” in their approach…sigh…I’m glad that I studied in Long Beach where they taught all 3 modalities on later generation equipment - with good thermolysis capabilities.
