Dualis nd: yag -- any good?

I am from the UK and I’m currently considering LaserCare clinics in Manchester.

They have the Dualis ND: YAG laser and my previous treatments have been with the Coolglide ND: YAG and Lyra. Unfortunately my first two treatments were botched (inexperienced tech, under-treated) and my next two were “rushed” (full back, shoulders and under arms done in less than an hour with the Lyra).

So now I’m going to take my time!

So does anyone have any views on the Dualis system? When I e-mailed the clinic they said it has an ice-cooling system??

I have no experience with that laser. It may be OK but the spot size seems a little small.

Here is some Information on the Dualis SP Nd:YAG laser .
