I know I’m probably late in saying this, but that’s not what the person asked. They’re asking what medicines would “induce” alopecia universalis for the purpose of hair removal, not “reduce” the chances of balding to keep hair.
Honestly; this all looks like what I’m having to deal with, whenever I search the idea of inducing alopecia to cause permanent hair inhibitance, I get walls of information that has nothing to do with what I asked, and it almost seems that they are changing the responses every time I ask the same question, but it gets further away from what I asked.
