does ne1 no if electrolysis is the same as laser in that u cant get it with recently tanned skin?
It is not like laser…you can tan when getting electroysis done. The reason you can’t tan while getting laser done is because your skin needs to be light in colour so that the joules can be turned up. The darker your skin is for laser the less likely you are to get results. But since electrolysis has nothing to do with pigment you are able to be tanned.
Tanned skin may be treated but you still need to be careful with tanning and electrolysis in that dehydration of the skin is not desirable. Drinking plenty of water will make a prior tan no problem. Tanning 24 to 72 hours after electrolysis may effect your healing time in addition to increased dehydration.
