i have a friend who has some hair on her upper lip. it is light, but visible, and she wants to get rid of it. do depilatories make hair grow back darker? because if so, i am thinking that she should go for waxing or something instead.
Depilatories don’t make hair grow back darker at all.
I may be wrong, but I think it’s different for everyone. I think that overtime depilatories have made my bikini line grow more and coarser hair. Again it’s different for everyone.
I wouldn’t recommend depilatory for mustache hair because the hair will grow back in about 3 days. Waxing last about a month. So that would be the best option. Either do it at a salon or yourself and get one that’s specifically for that area.
