Does anyone know about a laser called Epilite?

I’m looking for information on this laser.

Recently a client came to me after several sessions with this laser and just two pattches of dense hair on each side of the chin. On a return visit, she has a TON of fine light hair that was not present 3 weeks ago.
The thing is I cant find anything on any like named laser machine. Epi-light? Epi-lite? I’d like to find out if as I suspect its actually IPL. It would explain the growth I’m seeing.

IPL. That’s consistent with the results I’m seeing. At least I can advise the client

If this is indeed Epilight, it is an ancient and totally archaic flashlamp. Like, think late 90s I think. I know a big chain down in Texas used to use them before switching to real lasers. I didn’t even know they still had them around.
