This is a loaded question! Electrolysis is the gold standard by which all methods of hair removal is judged. Electrolysis will remove hair anywhere (except inside nose and inside ears) on any color of skin any coarsness of hair 100% of the time IFFFF all varibales and conditions are met. you need to provide the areas you want treated, type of hair and skin you have. various methods work best for various types of skin and hair and body areas. do-it-yourself electrolysis is not a good option for anyone who doesn’t want to spend many hours learning how to administer it properly. (plus you’d need to spend money on a machine)
