dark skin+ dark hair= stain, light skin+ light hair=?

I have noticed that many members have posted about their problem with hyperpigmentation or stains generated by the laser/photo treatment. Apparently this usually affects people with drak skin because is hard for the machine to distinguish the color of the skin with the hair.
Is it the same with mostly white white skin and light hair?
My skin is very light (but not completely white) and my hair is very light too (gold), even moer in the summer. Would I have any pigmnetation problem if I get and laser/photo removal?

Thank you for your help!!!

You would not have a risk of pigmentation from a laser treatment, but you would have very tough time getting rid of your golden hair, since it does not absorb the laser light well, and reflects most of it.
