dark pink spots after LHR (Help, pls!)

Skin type 2-3, had 4 LHR’s with Candela GentleLase and GentleMax Pro (Alex part) with settings: 18mm, 14-18j (legs and brazilian bikini).

After 3rd session I noticed dry dark pink spot on bikini area. I was not sure, how I got it; it was small (~12mm * 6mm) and I thought maybe I had it before… But after my last LHR I got 2 more spots on my bikini area, so now I have no doubts that I got them from/after LHR.

Any ideas what is it, how to prevent it and how to get rid of them?
