Hello All!

I have been a lurker for some time on this board. I love reading all the comments and feeling the dedication to electrolysis wrapped in in each post where someone is offering help or advice to someone! I think you are so dedicated and proficient its very encouraging!

I would like to ask about the cost of buying a new Apilus Platinum. I have contacted Dectro but as of yet they have only requested more information from me rather than simply giving me the information I have asked for. I would greatly appreciate any of you giving me an estimate!

The list price is $9,999, but you can get discounts at trade shows, and they offer a trade in program for used machines quite frequently.

Thank you. I am quite surprised at just how expensive they are I was expecting around $3,000~(£2,000-2,500).

James, did you buy yours Apilus Platinum for $9,999? It seems that it cost cheaper now.

the Pure is a different machine. Because many people think $9,999 list price is Crazy expensive when the previous machine (Apilus SX-500) listed for $5,000, and they decided to offer The Apilus Platinum Pure, as a stripped down version that was just a little higher than the SX-500 was.

Did I really pay that much for my machine? It’s a good thing I develop amnesia about things like that. Well, I love my machine and if I had to do it all over again, I would still go Apilus Platinum.
