Copper IUD with electrolysis

Hi,

I am going to get electrolysis for my bikini line and also had decided to get Copper IUD for birth control. I was wondering if I have the metal inside of me, would it be hazardous. I have to make an appointment with my doctor for the IUD but now I am not sure what to do. Tried searching internet and cannot find anything there.
I ll appreciate if anyone knows anything.

In general, you have nothing to worry about. There would only be any long shot concern if you were getting blend or galvanic electrolysis anyway. If you felt any tingling sensation internally, then you would be best to switch to thermolysis if the sensation bothers you.
