Consolidated List Of Electrologist By State/City?

Is there a list of “good” or recommended electrologists (at least by members of this forum) sorted by state and city? I thought there was one in this section of the board, but for some reason I can not find it.

If there is one, please help me find it. If there is not, it would be great if one of the moderators would create a sticky with such list which would get updated periodically by members feedback.
