I am european dark skinned and want to get rid of body hair
I am very confused at the moment on what to do.
Can someone please advise me what the best machine or type is for ipl or laser hair removal as they all say they are the best on the market.

IPL is usually less effective then laser. The machine costs about 1/3 of the price of a laser machine, but technitians sometimes get away charging the same for treatments. Some are even as brazen as claiming that it is better then laser.
