I want to remove hair from my genital area and anus, and I’m just wondering whether I should go to a clinic to get laser hair removal or buy a Silk’n/Tria.
In terms of price, what is more worth it for me if I only want to have my genital area and anus lasered?

If you are looking for results then go to a clinic, if you’re looking for something temporarily then go with the home machine.
These home machines are not going to give you permanent results. They’re not powerful enough. So you can’t compare these options like this - it’s not an apples to apples comparison.
This area is one of the easiest to treat with laser as long as you find a reputable clinic with an appropriate laser for your skin type who knows how to set correct settings, etc. You can run a search here for your area and see if others have recommended something in your city or state.
Are you male or female? Roughly, you’ll need 6-8 treatments spaced every 2-3 months and they will cost about $150 each.
I’m male and I’m not really sure I can afford the clinic treatments on a student budget…
If you can’t afford it then what’s the point wasting money now only to be spending more money on the same thing later on?
If you can’t afford about $150 every 2-3 months, you probably should wait until you can. A $700-800 (how can you afford this if you can’t afford the other since this is a bulk amount?) machine that won’t give you what you want is not much cheaper, so I’m not sure why you think it’s a good idea (you can get 4-5 professional treatments for the price of it too, which will get rid of a good 75% or so of the hair already)
Btw, most clinics take credit cards and do financing.
