Clareblend help

OK so I bought a Clareblend miniblend on Ebay. I have it up and running but the thermolysis side of it is giving me hassle. It shows full power on the dial with the test button. However, this doesnt translate to results when doing the egg white test. I have a banana plug to BNC coverting part between the probe and machine. My suspicion is this. I just want to know if this will cause enough loss of RF to decrease the output that much at the probe. If that is all it is I have no problem just buying a clareblend probe holder and wire. I just dont want to waste time and money if there may be another cause. Thanks in advance.

Yes it can. You are working with a very low power radio tranmitter that is designed to expect a specfic impedance from the probe holder, similar to an antenna. You would be well served to purchase the correct holder for the machine.

Thank you for your prompt reply. I had a feeling that was the case. I will be ordering the proper piece today.

Hi I am a do it yourself person who just bought a clareblend ultrablend for 400$ from ebay. Can you please tell me how to test my machine? Also can you let me know if i paid too much for the device?

It makes sense to test on an egg. A little bit of background I have been using the one touch mahine for quiet a while now, I have done lots of progress with that but got sick of the many problems with it and brought a clareblend.

You have a great device for your purposes and no, you did not pay too much! You got a very good deal for such a solid epilator. Did it come with an instruction manual? Why are you testing it? You can send it to Dr. Myron Heimlich in Texas for a go-over to check the calibrations.

I was testing mine because it was sold for parts as is. The person who sold it didnt know anything about it. I bought it for 50 dollars. Galvanic works fine. I checked it with a light and my multimeter. The RF didnt seem to work so I ordered a new probe wire.

I cant seem to get the egg white to cook. It does on blend and with DC alone, however on pure thermolysis it doesn’t. Anyone have any ideas? It shows that it has output on the machine but it doesnt seem to be working at the end of the cord. The cord is the proper cord and is brand new.

The RF circutry is malfunctioning…You would be very wise to call Texas electrolysis supply and have it serviced/calibrated.

Their rates are very reasonable and they will make sure that machine is right.

I have the same problem amyk85, were you able to resolve?

Hey Amy I figured it out. You have to set the electrolysis machine in clareblend mode to use each current individually.
My machine is working .
