I scheduled my appointment via telephone and spoke directly with the esthetician for ten minutes. When I received service one week ago, the wax temperature was perfect and not too hot. The service was personal, professional, and very thorough. I have nothing but good things to say regarding Cheryl at Modern Salon in the Park Road Shopping Center in Charlotte, NC. I’ll definitely be going back in a few weeks.
