I have a lot bend and curved hair from years of tweezing. This makes treatment fairly difficult to say the least.
Is there anything you can do to make treatment easier i.e. partially undo the damage of years of tweezing?

how can u tell if your hairs are curved and bent? if u mean by the hair sticking out of the skin being curved and bent, that wont be a problem for a skill electrologist. Some people have straight hair, curly hair, wavy hair, broken hair etc etc. It shouldnt dictate successful hair removal by an electrologist.
Now if ur talking about the hair under the skin (i.e. bulb), i cant imagine how u can see that unless u got good equipment at home or something that can show u clearly the structure of the hair under the skin. Its suggested that prolonged tweezing does distort the hair and in alot of people make it thicker and darker as compared to the vellus hairs who have never been touched.
however, u cant intentionally change the biological composition and make up of your hair. (unless of course something happens to u internally and we dont want that!)
but a skilled electrologist can get any hair and will work with what they see and their probes to kill the hair root and effectively remove it. With time, electrolysis will make the hairs thinner and eventually completely gone.
So to avoid making the problem worse. stop tweezing forever and get to work with electrolysis regularly and keep the area clean and maintain overall good health.
Thats just my opinion after 3 years of having done electrolysis and still :).
hopefully the electrologists in here can give more info.
Nice answer Rachelle. I think you have graduated today. The circle is complete. In 3 years you went from asking questions, to answering them so that I don’t have to add anything
I was talking about under the skin, anywhere from slightly bent to a full cork screw. Basically, anything that makes work for people like yourself just a little tougher. (Or more interesting depending on your outlook.)
What you said makes sense and I am doing just that…
…I was curious to hear if there is anything you can do in addition short of magic. I thought likely not, but if I don’t ask, I won’t find out.
Thanks!
