Has anyone heard anything about, or have experience with this laser?
Adonia, there are several posts about the GentleLASE alexandrite laser by Candela in the laser forum. You can also do a search by hitting the link at the top of the page.
It’s a good laser, but the real key is finding a skilled practitioner.
