I had my first treatment with this machine and I think the technician is trying to cheat me. I am a type V and she gave me my first treatment with a fluency of 14J.

Has anyone else had a treatment with this laser? What fluency? The technician is a NAtzi with the fluency and as much as I want her to be aggressive with the treatment she doesn’t want to go over her “protocol” Personally I think she is trying to cheat me for more treatments.

most practitioners are not purposely trying to cheat you, they just don’t want to be sued for burning you and would rather stay on the veryyyy safe side <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> I’m not sure what the highest fluence on the GentleYAG is. You might want to ask her to find out what 14 J means relative to that.
