I might not be able to make it to my usual electrolysis appointment in another city. Would it be okay if I was visit another electrolysis who uses a different method of electrolysis? e.g. if I usually get blend and they use galvanic

Since you have been getting a combination of currents anyway, it would not likely to be an issue. You might decide that you prefer one over the other so it is nice to have the opportunity to get different types of needle electrolysis. Have you ever had thermolysis treatment?
I am wondering, do you know if the galvanic is multiple needle or single needle?
