I have very dark/course hair on my forearms and wrists. Would it be possible to get laser treatment so, that it reduces the hair and so it regrows less dark & less course? I obviously want hair on my forearms, but not as dark & course as it is. So would a laser treatment be able to reduce my hair without leaving it patchy with bald spots? Any way that can be done?

I have heard that this is possible but you will need to find a practicioner who is experienced in successfully doing this specific treatment. It seems to me that there would be a fine line between undertreating so that some hairs are zapped and undertreating so much that you see total regrowth. Laser is less predictible than electrolysis.
