I went for laser treatment, but two days later I felt a pain on the back of my neck and as far as I could see, there were burns, but what I didn’t understand was the formation of blackened spots, I didn’t have them.What do you think could happen?

if infected, use betadine.
In general, apply wound/hydro gel, then cover each cheek with silicone sheet

no it won’t but hypo can last around 2-4 yrs, but your skin will heal and look normal 100%
But u must take care that it’s only just epidermis injury & contain within this layer only.
injury involves both epidermis + deeper dermis => can lead to permanent scarring
