Turns out this person is an unstable individual. I got the following on 29 November 2004, and I immediately sent an email with all the information I have on [about-hair-removal dot com], and I sent instructions on how to report them to Google and other sites for spamdexing. I have been warning consumers about that site and the owners for years.
This person then called claiming she never got the mails, so I forwarded them while she was on the phone. She apparently thought because my name was at the top, that I was connected with these guys somehow and and accused me of BEING the people she was complaining about. I tried to explain, but she kept getting more and more belligerent, so I hung up.
Then came a bunch of threats from Ms. Williams:

I have no connection whatsoever with “Mike Jones,” “David James,” or [about-hair-removal dot com]. In fact, I have been warning consumers for years about those people and that site. I have information on hairfacts.com stating that [about-hair-removal dot com] is a scam website:

You and I are in complete agreement that those guys are bad news. I have been fighting them for years. I don’t know how to be any more clear about that.
I sent you information on how to report those guys to Google for using materials from your site. I sent you all the contact information I have on them. I was trying to help you, and you continued to take an accusatory tone as I tried to explain what is going on. I am no longer interested in helping you.
If you have anything else you wish to convey to me, please do so by email. If you want to use web tools to track people down, you either need to read up on how to do it, or leave it to someone competent. You don’t really know what you are doing, and it leads you to making erroneous conclusions and false accusations.
I am one of the best known consumer activists in the hair removal industry. I just gave the keynote speech at the AEA convention. In my eight years of doing consumer activism, I have never had anyone take that kind of tone you took with me. Your foolish accusations have really pissed me off, and you owe me an apology. Not that I’d expect one from someone as confused and clueless as you.

Qwest is waiting for written formal complaint so as to submit formal charges against for violating FCC regulations so any more obscene harassing calls and you and your friends could have your phone disconnected in including your computer .
Another example is your friend and lackey Jenn whom you put up to be Mike Jones this morning and that she called twice my office today interrupting me when I am working on patient. Both those calls were successfully traced. You thought you were rather clever when you got your lackey friend Jenn in Pasadena to be Mike Jones who had had called twice before and those previous two calls were also successfully traced and interrupted when working a patient. Traced calls not only means that the are recorded but also voices print are made and Jenns voice was recorded off a website that has voice lessons for comparison for the phone trace. You are a corporate officer and therefore you are required to uphold honest ethical business policies and if you keep this up a complaint could be registered to have your record investigated and that could cost your license. Further harassment could result in complaint lodged at the to CCC?
You are such a coward that you have to put your friends up to harassing me, which is illegal and get them in trouble to. The one time I spoke to you, you were rude impolite and dominated and ended the conversation just as I started to speak. How much longer do you think your so-called friends will continue to jeopardize their own reputations for you? You asked me to have my lawyer contact you which demonstrates you know nothing about the law an attorney doe not call you he sends you a complaint and than you respond. You need to be aware the FTC has their own attorneys that represent citizens like myself and they file complaints in my behalf and the other electrologists that you have pagejacked will also file because I am putting the list together and to send them a copies of their listings that you have pagejacked. If you have a lawyer ask him or her he/she will tell you if can avoid a fight with the FTC aka the government you would be a fool to try to fight them.

December must be a time when Ms. Williams has no students and no customers, because it seems to be her most active time for her hate crimes. (either that, or the full moon is more effective where she lives this month)
Here I am on vacation, and she is calling around the nation (maybe the world) and slandering my name and that of Andrea, and even calling my office so she can get information about me (to twist I guess)
She should know that her phone number is on the web as well as her location, and people in glass houses should not be looking to do bomb testing in their backyard.
