Book recommendations?

I’m looking for an readily available book about galvanic electrolysis.

There has earlier been reccomended a book by Michael Bono named “The blend method”, but no even Abebooks can deliver.

As it’s galavanic and not blend I’m interested in I also want to know if all editions of the book covers this issue?

Thanks in advance for Your suggestions. /Marta

Texas Electrolysis Supply has said they have the latest edition of the Bono Book available and ready to ship. You can reach them at 1-800 626-6025

The Blend book by Michael Bono explains Galvanic, Thermolysis and the Blend, but that title was already taken  In order to do good blend, one must understand all three, and this book is the best primer out there for any form of electrolysis (except maybe kobioshi-yamada, but who does that?)

When lookin at the TES site for the book I found this too:

“Electrolysis, Thermolysis, and The Blend” - Book - Hard Cover - A.R. Hinkel, The Principles and Practice of Permanent Hair Removal,"

How is the quality of this book?

The price is low enough to not collect 25% sales tax and 10 bucks of service fee at the swedish customs.

It has some unchangable principles pertaining to the art and skill of performing electrolysis. My instructor called it, “the bible” of electrolysis when I was a student, however, there is some outdated information. I’m not sure when the last copyright was, but I’m thinking it was in the middle '70’s??

It would be a necessary reference to have on your shelf. There are other books that you should consider getting as well and a few video’s from Shuster would be helpful, too.

I tell everyone that if they are going to buy only ONE book, let it be Bono’s The Blend Method, or alternately, Meharg & Richard’s Cosmetic and Medical Electrolysis. After those two, The rest are about equal. Gior’s “Modern Electrolysis” has been updated in the past few years, so I would buy Gior before I would buy Hinkel.
