Blendette +? good system?

Hello everyone,

After a lot of thinking I decided to go for self-electrolysis.
After laser and electrolysis being done professionally I realized that doing it myself will reduce the costs.

It is for my body not my face.

Now luckily I came across a bargain here in my country close buy.

This skintherapist sells her Blendette+ for 700 euro’s. It is in perfect state and on the website of the producer it is the newest model which one can buy for 3000 euro’s.

Does anyone have experience with this machine?

Please some feedback so I know if it is a clever buy…It is incredibly cheap though…

When it comes to electrolysis machines, age is not as much as a factor as one might think. These things last better than stereo equipment. Think of the last time a RADIO you owned stopped working. How old was it? How much would it have taken to fix it as good as new, even then?

One of the reasons electrolysis practitioners don’t upgrade their equipment is because the stuff they are using doesn’t break.

This is a good unit that can you can grow with. You should start out with galvanic only, until you get the hang of insertions, then progress into doing blend treatments in order to cut down the time per hair, and then, when you are really good at that, progress to thermolysis for the fastest removal time. Keep in mind that thermolysis will uncover any weakness in your insertion technique, as a poor insertion will cause the thermolysis to give less than satisfactory results, or you will require higher treatment energies to effect the same hair removal that a person doing better insertions would need to use. This will translate to a difference in the comfort in the treatment energy.

Get yourself a copy of Mike Bono’s book The Blend: Real World Electrology. It is the best of the electrolysis texts for taking someone from knowing nothing, to being able to do this well enough to have permanent hair removal without scars. No matter where you plan on working, start out on your legs, to get good at the insertions. It is also best of you are trading work with someone esle, so that you are working on the other person, and the other person is working on you. It is just not the optimum situation to be inserting backwards on yourself.

Ok thank you for the quick reply.
I will buy this book then.

I am the kind of person that will first read into the stuff thoroughly before doing anything stupid.

But I am also quite cofortable by handling my own body when it comes to these things.
I sometimes even felt the urge to ask an electrologist to let me try myself because of the fact that some of them are not good at it haha.

That made me really think “I can do this better than some of you, I am sure” . I am absolutely not trying to be pretentious but one can sometimes feel that one can do better than the other even without prior experience.

Nevertheless are there a lot of experienced practitioners that I could never compare to ofcourse, but I would like to learn so I can do it myself.

But first I want to make sure I know all the ins and outs so I will definitely read myself into it first.

Any other advise? Everything is welcome.

Yal, here’s some advise - don’t lose that confidence. You will need it big time once you actually start inserting on yourself. Let us know how you are progressing, toeman and good luck to you.

ok I will , first I have to study on this subject
