Will the bleaching reduce the effect from the laser? (I have naturally dark hair and white skin)
It’s unlikely that bleahing will have a significant effect on treatment, but you might hold off for a week or so before treatment. If you can see that dark part of the hair above the skin, you’ll be fine.
