Indeed there are many hairs visible in this photo. I dont think you are near done with electrolysis. There’s also some evidence of post -inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Dont be concerned with this , as it will fade, but it may take some time do so. PIH resolves completely over time. When the inflamation that triggers it stops, it slowly starts to fade. The issue you have is your pigmentation is being caused by hairs that have not yet emerged from the skin ( whether they are ingrown or not I cannot tell from the photo, and also by the electrolysis process itself. Both are causing inflamation and the hyperpigmentation is the result. At this stage you need to be concentrating on killing the rest of the hair, the discoloration wont be there at the end of the process. You’re just not there yet.
