Hi, I bought a Quazar IPL 320 back in 2007 from Biotechnique Avance. I took it to a beauty therapist for them to use as a tattoo removal machine. The machine stopped pulsing light. It still turns on. The machine cost $3164.95 - It was advertised as a pulse light machine, but now I’m very sceptical about it’s authenticity. It claims to remove hair, tattoos, resurface skin, wrinkle reduction, removal age spots, treat scars and lesions. I think that I was ripped off, as it works like a strobe light, rather than like the professional lasers and pulse light machines, but I don’t know all about what works and what doesn’t with these machines. Any helpful comments appreciated. And any thoughts on what to do with the device? Fix it, sell it, throw it away, post it back to the company?
