Best Full Body Hair Removal Option for a Bodybuilding Competition?

Hi everyone,

I’m a bodybuilder preparing for an upcoming competition and need full-body hair removal so my muscle definition, symmetry, and overall physique are clearly visible on stage. While researching online, I came across https://www.untlaser.com/, and https://calvertrejuvenations.com/hair-removal/, as possible options.

Has anyone here used any of these services or had experience with professional hair removal before a bodybuilding event? I’m looking for something effective, safe, and suitable for competition preparation. I’d appreciate any recommendations, personal experiences, or advice on which option might deliver the best results.

Please have a look at my blunt & bold info:

If your skin and hair colour are a good candidate for laser, I’d start with that. However keep in mind it will all grow back over time albeit finer and lighter. I started with full body laser and have been following up with electrolysis over the last couple of years. My was borderline a candidate for laser and have found I had almost 100% regrowth over time (despite being promised good results!) If you have lighter blonde hairs or redish, don’t waste your money on laser. I stopped counting electrolysis hours at 200, it is a big time and money commitment.

Electrolysis is a long term process that takes at least 18 to 24 months. If one is looking for something that would clear visible hair over large areas in a process that is done in a day, that lasts long enough to do a competition, then one would be better suited for LASER or Waxing, or other plucking style processes.
Although these methods won’t deliver permanent hair removal, but they could deliver temporary hair removal that allows clear skin on competition day.

oh good you found your way back on here James. Theres no reason for me to come anymore.

That’s a joke, right?
You were crowned “The New James” after all.

nope not a joke. I wish it was It’s been since before Christmas since I asked Andrea to remove my account and all of my posts. She hasn’t replied and appears to have fallen off planet earth. As you know there’s a co=moderator here. That co-moderator took objection to my voicing my experience with Dectro and the pretty much theft that they have been perpetrating on electrologists for more than a decade at this point and chose to ban me from one of the facebook groups because she didnt like my opinion. Tough it’s my experience and shared by hundreds of electrologists worldwide… At the same time however, they were still on my friends list. I had for months seen them posting pro- maga garbage. The day they decided to ban me on the facebook group I decided to actually take the time to have a look.
It was pretty terrible stuff unfortunately James. The specific article I decided to read was promoting the criminalization of medical treatment of transgender children. So anyone who knows me at all, knows I am fiercely protective of transgender rights and work to prevent discrimination amoung my peers.
At the end of the day, I cannot and will not have my work and support held up alongside someone who is acting in a discriminary manner towards transpeople. I dont want to know them, and I’m not going to work alongside them . I’m still supporting consumers but I’m doing a lot more of it in places like /r/electroysis on reddit or Electrolysis Information worldwide on Facebook. And this is where the consumer has gone too . Hairtell unfortunately has been suffering a prolonged death for a few years now. Alot of the old personalities are gone, Mike Bono Dead, Josefa competely went incommunicado , you were gone, Emancipated Electrolysis , gone. All the old faces have one by one faded away. And the founder of Hairtell appears Missing in Action. The last communication I had with her was to try and recover your account and she never replied to my wanting to be removed. And it appears I’m still a moderator here. But I’m not doing anything.I’ve started answering questions and concerns elsewhere. I think after 18 years maybe it’s time to go.

So now we’ve come…To the end of the road

I am old and near the end myself. As my first mentor, the great Margarite Wallenda, CPE said to me decades ago: It is time I put myself out to pasture and replace myself.

The end of the run; We’ve had our fun.
