Average size treated in 1 hour

Hello everyone,

I was wondering, what is the average size a profesional electrologist can treat in 1 hour for body work on virgin hair?
Since I started working, this is a common question I face of. Of course, it depends on the density but since I generally work with virgin hair, you guys could tell me for a common case, the average size so I can evaluate/calculate how many hours a body case could take.
Thank you

How to calculate TTT (Josefa Reina):

How I miss Josefa and her leap-forward ideas and practices. Are there ANY electrology schools that even attempt to teach on how to calculate treatment times like she demonstrates?

Sadly you are fortunate to learn how to do a basic insertion at most electrolysis schools.

In true reality, most of my clients are currently doing other methods of hair reduction and removal when they come to that first consult AND… they are reluctant to leave things alone for 3 or 4 months before starting electrolysis. That is why I can’t estimate TTT for them. So , I have to resort to 9?-18?-24? months talk or clearing an area 8-15 times over that period of time will bring total hair removal of any hair color and any size of hair.

Josefa’s video is beautiful, accurate and thus, very helpful for those clients with unmangled, virgin hair. (THANK YOU FOR THAT VIDEO, JOSEFA!) I leap for joy when I get an occasional virgin hair client, but I don’t see many like that and many will not let hair grow for 3-4 months or longer in my locale and beyond.

Yes, schools teach the basics, but I believe it is up the adult student / learner to insert 10,000 times on any human that agrees to be their test subject, outside of the school environment. Practice on your own, keeping the basics in mind.
