I had electrolysis done on my chin roughly 8 weeks ago. I’m left with what look like scars. There are small marks where the needle was inserted and also marks that look like pitted scars.

Normally, real scars would not form in just 8 weeks. You had a single treatment or multiple treatments over months in the area? Pictures are not clear but it looks like pustules/white heads to me.
