Last time I had a session, the next day my face was horribly swollen and unbearably itchy (turns out it was a histiman reaction and hives). Benadryl and a first aid cream with hydrocoritzone seems to have helped but my face still has faint red spots on it. It’s been 9 days since it was done. I was wondering how common this is and if it is something I should be overly concerned about. She suggested that I take Benadryl for a few days before my next session and have it on a Friday so that I have the weekend to recooperate a bit.
