Anyone ever hear of LHE Technology?

Hi All,

I was wondering if this (LHE) technology has been heard/used by anyone on the forum.

A LHR place is offering it for a good deal, but I am wondering if anyone has ever used or heard of it. Read the FAQ’s and nothing came up.
