Hi, I am from Long Island New York Suffolk county. I’ve been working with the same electrologist for about a year and I am seeing great results. However, he is constantly rescheduling apts, canceling when I’m on my way and showing up 20-30 minutes late. I have multiple areas and wanted to stay on checked for weekly apts. I am fed up. However I don’t have many choices in my area. I am hoping to find someone in Long Island New York who does longer sessions maybe 2-3 hours. Since I would have to do a longer drive. I am also open to Manhattan as long as they were open on Saturdays. Anyone have a great person in this area? Thank you!!
For me the key statement of yours is: “I am seeing great results.”
I’d say, stick with it, but tell the guy about your frustration. It’s like this: you are getting “GREAT results!” There are a TON of stinking-rotten electrologists out there that, well, mostly pluck the hairs and give you a “song-and-dance” about why it’s not working.
Indeed, some electrologists can be scatter-brained (like me). I’d even go so far as to say I’m loony-tunes. The thing is … I DO kill hairs right on schedule, and with guarantees.
Talk to the guy and stay with it, remember “[You’re] seeing great results!” You can’t beat “great results!”

I’m a little confused, if you have been seeing great results and have been going for a year, there shouldnt be enough hair left for marathon sessions.
