After 2 years of treatment on my back and front I have seen only 20% reduction on my back. Their own ALC brand machine showed no results. Though at one point they did have light sheer which I thought was very effective, but it broke from over usage. No refund and put me through so much pain for nothing. Has anyone tried this place http://www.gentlelightlaser.com/ or know a good LHR place in central NJ or East PA. Any input will be greatly appreciated.
I had a smiliar experience with ALC. I don’t even bother to go in anymore for more treatments. It’s uselss.
If there is a pattern of problems with a business, the FTC has a consumer complaint section on their website where you can file a compalint. They may decide to investigate if there is critical mass. They don’t protect indviduals.
