This is a first. 
Your centers have not had favorable reviews on this website. Many consumers have verbalized, discontentment, to say the least in the most polite way possible. Do you get a lot of complaints from consumers?
The “Raffle” of a package is a marketing gimmick. Most “Winners” will receive $300 off of a package. However, the call center personnel will not tell the lucky winner that. They will tell them that they have won a $300 gift certificate. Talk about ticked-off “winners”, and rightfully so!
Several years ago I was sucker enough to think I really won this. Fortunately, I was not sucker enough to fall for the hard sell I got when I showed up for my appointment. Boy, she was good! (at the high-pressure sales pitch – I never found out if she was any good with the laser)
I guess this self-promotion didn’t work after all 
Consumers are getting smarter. We like to see that!
