Alexandrite or Diode for type III/IV skin?

I’m somewhere between a III and IV for skin type and am looking into laser. Would I have quicker results with alexandrite or diode? I should add that my hair is dark brown to black, and that I’m trying to choose between the Lightsheer and the Gentlelase.

GentleLASE is more powerful, especially on finer hair, but cannot be used on high enough settings on skin that is too dark. you need to have test spots to see how high you can go on it. if you can do 18-20 joules without problems, go with GentleLASE. if your skin can’t handle that, go with LightSheer. Make sure the LightSheer provider knows what they’re doing since it’s a harder to operate machine to actually get results.
