They’re called Affordable Laser Centre, and are in MD, DC and VA. (I’m interested in the MD location specifically.)
They use the Gentle LASE Plus from Candela Corporation. I’m not sure what kind of training their people have.
(I am a 21-year old Chinese male, looking for permanent beard removal so that I never have to shave again.)
