I have been getting laser treatments on my face and have had a similar problem with shedding, pepper spots, and dry skin. I’ve noticed many posts related to these topics and wanted to share some advice. (I’m not a doctor or esthetician so please, follow this information using your own discretion and at your own risk). I use a Clarisonic brush to extract the spots and clean the pores. The Clarisonic is gentler and much more effective than a scrub or other method. You can purchase the brush at www.clarisonic.com or on Amazon for a reduced rate. Please be sure to use the brush after your skin has had a chance to heal. (Talk to your doctor to get advice on when you can begin to exfoliate). If you have sensitive skin, you may opt to use the brush once a day to prevent stripping your skins natural oils. Also be sure to wear plenty of sunscreen. If you need more information, check out this website: http://www.skincare-md.com/index.cfm?event=showStory&StoryID=107. It’s tailored for men (and women alike), and provides a wealth of information. Don’t worry about hair re-growth if you have pepper spots after treatment, if the laser therapy was applied to your hair follicle during it’s active growth phase, it will be disabled and not able to produce any hair, unless there are mutiple hairs in the shaft, or you take certain medications that cause hair reproduction. In the meantime, do not pick, squeeze, pluck, or coax these hairs out, at the risk of damaging your skin permanently! Hope this helps!

Thanks for the post, boxerboymatt, but as LAgirl mentioned, please do not post the same thing into numerous threads. It looks like spam. I removed the other three copy/paste posts, but I am leaving this one.
My apologies ladies, I’m new to this and only wanted to get the word out to people to help them out.
