has anyone heard of this? It’s ‘new’ in the UK (Or will be soon), but gather it’s been in the US for a while. I am guessing it’s another Kalo-type scam? But does anyone know any differently?

This sounds like the latest scam.
That’s actually gotten a bit of press in some of the red tops, though none of them have actually investigated claims:
The ingredient list (http://www.adoniahairreducer.com/ingredients.htm)
appears deceptive, since it excludes anything that could be imagined to have any effect whatsoever.
