i recently made my own device using 9V batery but that goes flat on me
pretty fast so i wanted to use transformer pluging it in wall jack only
it gives 9V AC output insted of 9V DC so i’d like to know is this just
the same as using the battery’s DC regarding the effectivness of treatments.

Hypothetically, it might be okaky, but I vote no. What you want is a 9-volt DC power adapter, or “battery eliminator.” Commonly available at Wal-Mart, Radio Shack, and other stores, for just a few dollars. Other users have reported good results with these, but be sure you connect them to a GFCI outlet.
It won’t be okay either hypothetically or practically. You have to have DC to do electrolysis.
