this is a fake post trying to advertise that this IPL actually works, when it doesn’t
in all cases, you have to finish with electrolysis if you want 100% removed. laser only targets the coarsest hair. so actually, that statement is wrong. it will actually kill the strongest darkest most coarse hairs (not with the above device)
