stylus/holder that matches the description in the OP. There are many available, but even Uni-Probes sales site has very limited offerings. I cannot seem to find one with the banana plug. The ones I have found all have a locking connector, and while I am tempted to purchase one and do some modifications, I have been surprised in the past by cables that are more complex than they would seem. I do have some experience hobbying together and programming home electronics.

From those of you who have more knowledge and experience, do you have any guidance to offer when selecting a stylus for this purpose? I do already have a set of Uni-Probe probes, if that matters.

my best and heartfelt advice? Buy a used professional grade epilator capable of blend. Those One Touch/finally free are just strait up junk. Even modified with a probeholder, they are of limited use. Go with a quality professional epilator.
