As long time HairTell readers know, I have had no end of hassle from a guy renting an apartment next door to my office.

He seems to have gone on the war path when he noticed the Transformations occurring during visits to my place. A guy coming from the office would enter in a business suit and a scruffy beard shadow, and a lovely lady would emerge hours later in a red dress and smooth face. His GLBT hatred lead to years worth of harrassment, numerous court appearances, and broken mediated settlements.

Ironically, while I was shoveling snow today, the family of the old lady who actually owns the place, and had been bankrolling this guy’s war against me, came to beg that I smoke the peace pipe with them, and to offer my pledge to call the police if Mr. Robert Connors was seen in the area of their property.

It seems that they finally realized that it was I who was telling the truth when I said that he was bleeding the old lady of her cash, ans using me as the “terrorist scape goat” to justify all the costly needed measures. Their current estimate is $30,000 stolen and counting.

Ladies and Gentlemen, it is now safe to turn into the driveway at Executive Clearance, and park in the designated parking lot at the rear!

Seriously though, the world would be better off without bigots like that. It must be a horrible life to get so worked up for nothing over other people’s lives. Obviously he is a loser who lacks real meaning in his own life. People like that should ask themselves how what these other people do with their lives affects him?

Thankfully his days of harassing you are numbered.

I would hope that harassing me and my clients is not important enough for him to travel 20 miles and possibly risk arrest due to the charges the old lady’s family hope to file against him… but life has taught me that to some people, it would be just that important. :frowning:

Hey Kids.
When last we left our story, those who had been spending their time being mean to James and his clients were either on the run from the law, or trying to rewrite history to say they were non-participants, or just following orders over at the house next door to James’ Executive Clearance office.

During the years they spent trying to have me arrested, for any trumped up charges (seriously, can you possibly find a way to illegally shovel snow in Buffalo NY?) they only managed to spend lots of money unsuccessfully suing me, and get lots of attention from the local building inspectors. After 5 years of ignoring the court ordered building repairs, the old lady, who suffers from dementia and her niece (who seriously rode the short bus to school) are under orders to get it together or go to jail.

Since the jackass who did all the talking on our Judge Alex appearance stole over $30,000 in cash, and who knows what else from them before fleeing the city to avoid facing possible criminal charges springing from his 5 year campaign against my clients and me, the old lady who owns the house, and her niece have no avenue to meet the judge’s order, and avoid jail time.

That is, until James and “all those weirdos next door” mobilized to “Kill 'Em With Kindness” :wink:
This weekend, clients from far and near, and friends of clients present and past will be converging on the house next door to save the occupants from jail time and further fines. The project has already gotten underway. Over the past 2 weeks, we have cleared out the majority of the overgrown brush, and have prepped the house for stripping and repainting.

The Extended Family of this bunch honestly asked me, “How much are you charging for this and Why are you doing this?” I resisted the reply “The work is being done by volunteers, because you guys didn’t.” Of course, when I pointed out that we had not found a reliable sponsor for the paint and that the family should probably come up with that, something about time constraints, and back problems was mumbled, and a hasty retreat was made.

Although I got this made for a new project for needy transgendered women, I am unveiling this donation button for this project. If you can donate something to help us buy supplies for this project (or to help defray the costs of unfortunate trans women), please give to the cause by clicking the link below. You know, I have been thinking. Now that “someone” (who else? The Humanoid Kimberly Williams, copyright, registered, trademark) knows how I treat those self proclaimed enemies of mine, I may get invited to spend some time helping out there as well. :grin:

Anyway, we got more done on Sunday, and it did not rain on us from Friday through Sunday.

We will have to get back to this in the weeks to come The front and back of the house are unpainted, the roof is a disaster, and the garage probably can’t be saved. It is threatening to fall into the house.
