James I never thought of doing electrolysis on myself! I have fine hair EVERYWHERE and lots of it - I fear it would take hours and hours in the hands of an expert and cost alot! But if I could have a go at it myself! Well I’d be keen to try… on the topic of electrolysis - how long would it take to say clear your legs entirely which is a large area and for most people PACKED with hair? More info and pointers would be great!!
An average electrologist removes 5-10 hairs per minute. Hair grows in cycles, so regular treatments are needed over 12-18 months to get every hair in every cycle.
Legs, especially lower legs, get good results with laser. It would be more efficient to start with laser on that particular area and finish with electrolysis, if the hair is coarse enough.
