If the label said,“FRENCH Hollywood Beauty oil” would that make it any better? Why don’t people learn that ALL OTC products (OTC MEANS OVER THE COUNTER or NO RX REQUIRED)
You are buying a product that is NOT REGULATED in any way by any authority. They do not even have to put in the package what the label says if they want. If they get caught… that is a different thing. You can sue but ONLY for DAMAGES. What potential damages could there be and can you prove your claim ?
You are wasting your time and money . Do you know YOU can market a product and NAME IT “SUPERIOR TEA OIL” AND IT DOES NOT HAVE TO HAVE ANY OIL IN IT, OR TEA IN IT. You might as well call it (as a brand name) BEST TEA OIL IN THE WORLD and use the initials “B.T.T.O.I.T.W.” like coca cola uses “COKE”. You take NO RISKS if you do not make any claims. Just put it out there with a statement 'HELPS arthritis, cancer, impotence, erectile defficiency, etc.
There is no way to prove it does or does NOT help because your answer is, “How do you know what the condition would be like if it was NOT used?” and NO TWO PEOPLE ARE ALIKE, therefor the responses are bound to be different.
