On coarse dense hair, you’ll get a reduction. However, it may be hard to tell percentage like this. As I mentioned above, hair grows in cycles. If you kill a good percentage of the hair in one cycle, it will be visible when that hair cycle rolls around, but not necessarily at all other times.

I’m thinking of using the Plasmalight, because I have blond hairs and the people say on their website that it’s suitable for every skintone, skincolour and haircolour.

The funny thing is, in theory it really sounds good, but will it really work in the real life… That’s the question 
This is just marketing. It’s an IPL and won’t be the best treatments you can get. No machine works on all hair colors and types. I would stay away from a clinic that claims that.
