when a new user joins, they have to take part in other posts before they will see the create topic link. Since youāve responded here,itās likely resolved now and you will see the create top in the top right when you click on a category.
Thank you for responding but I couldnāt still find it. Maybe itās because Iām using it on my phone instead of a PC or Iāll have to be more active before Iām allowed to post. Thanks again.
